SWIMM COURSES

The start of the race (Sunday) will take place at 7:00 in front of the beach of Perigiali (seafood restaurant ). The swimming route is a rhombus (1900 meters) in a counterclockwise direction (ALMIRAMAN red).

The start of the race (Saturday) will take place at 15:30 in front of the seafront Perigiali (seafood restaurant ). The swimming route is a triangle (750 meters) in a counterclockwise direction (ALMIRAFAST red).
BIKE COURSES

After exiting the water we head to the transition zone where we leave wearing our helmets and cycle past the demarcation. The route is as follows: 7.6 km out, two laps of 37.4 km and 7.6 km return.
In more detail, we cycle until we reach the first water supply station (7.6 km) A, from there we continue on the "road of God" as the locals call it, to turn around at the second water-feeding supply station B after 18, 7 km, return to the first water supply station A and repeat the tour (A,B,A).
From there you are heading back to the T2 (same way as the going out). The course is almost flat, there is a 310meters of total altitude gain.

After the swim exit you are getting in the T1. To leave the T1 you have to wear your helmet. You can ride the bike after the exit of the zone (sign on the road)
The route is as follows: Two laps of 10 km. In more detail, we cycle until we reach the first water supply station (5.1 km) point B, there we turn around and return on the same route, where we pump at point A after 4.9 km, return to water supply station B. We follow the return route, 5.1 km and reach the transition zone.
RUN COURSES

After putting the bike into T2 (at the same place you took it from) it’s time for running.
The route is a right turn, 21 km long (three laps of 7.03 km). At 2.2km as well as at 5.7, 9.2, 12.7, 16.2 and 19.7, there will be a fuel station [(water, electrolytes and cola in glasses) Bananas and salty snacks ], at 5th km , 7.5 ,ο .ο στο 12.0ο , at the 14.6 and 19 km water station, In case of high temperatures provision has also been made for wet sponges.

The route is a right turn, 5 km long (1 lap of 5 km). At 2.24 km of the route there will be a refreshment station [(water, electrolytes and cola in glasses) Bananas and salty snacks]. There will be a water supply station at 4.5 km (turnaround)
