SWIMM COURSES

almiraman
Race starts at 7:30 (Sunday) in front of almira beachbar. The course is clock wise turn (1.900 meters), indicated by the red color.

almirafast
Race starts at 15:30 (Saturday) in front of almira beachbar. The course is clock wise turn (750 meters), indicated by the yellow color.

BIKE COURSES

almiraman
After the swim exit you are getting in the T1. To leave the T1 you have to wear your helmet.
You can ride the bike after the exit of the zone (sign on the road) The course: 12,25 km going out till the first feeding zone A. Here starts the “road of the God” as the locals call it. From there another 16.375 km to feeding zone B and back to A (loop 1, 32,75 KM), second loop A to B to A (loop 2, 32.75 km).
From there you are heading back to the T2 (same way as the going out). The course is almost flat, there is a 308meters of total altitude gain.

After the swim exit you are getting in the T1. To leave the T1 you have to wear your helmet. You can ride the bike after the exit of the zone (sign on the road)
The course: One lap with U-turn at the 10 km mark. There will be water station.

RUN COURSES

After putting the bike into T2 (at the same place you took it from) it’s time for running.
You have to run clock wise two laps of 10.5 km.
At the 0,5 km first fedding station [(water,isotonic drinks,and cola) bananasand salty snacks]. At the 3 km water station. At the 5.8 km second fedding station [(water,isotonic drinks,and cola) bananasand salty snacks] and at the 8.5 km water station.
In case of high temperatures there are going to be barrels with water and sponges. The course is totally flat.

After putting the bike into T2 (at the same place you took it from) it’s time for running.
You have to run clock wise. At the 0,5km first feeding station [(water, isotonic drinks, and cola) bananas and salty snacks].
At the 3 km water station (U turn).
